Shipping policy

7.1 All Products are processed for delivery only upon completion of pre-payment for such products.

7.2 Please note that once an order is processed, prior to any delivery, all products of the Company undergo thorough inspection for quality and are then handed over to our delivery partners for delivery in order to be dispatched for delivery.

7.3 Once your order has been dispatched from Our warehouse, you will receive an email containing details about the tracking number and the courier service responsible for handling your delivery. You can track the status of your package 24 (twenty-four) hours after it has been dispatched. 

7.4 The delivery of the Products is carried out at the address provided by you. Therefore, the Company or the delivery partners of the Company are not obligated to verify the details of the delivery address provided by you. You acknowledge and understand that the Company shall not be held responsible in any manner for (a) Delivery of the Product to an incorrect address furnished by you; (b) Any loss and/or damage to you due to incorrect, incomplete, and/or false information provided by you; (c) Any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the Product purchased on the Platform.

7.5 After processing, your order will be shipped within 5 business days. All the products will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, customers' geographic location, shipping destination, and the courier partner's delivery schedule to the customer's location. While the Company endeavors to deliver products to you promptly, delivery may be delayed in cases of force majeure events, festivals, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control. In such situations, the Company will deliver the products to you at the earliest possible time.

7.6 For secure delivery, all orders are verified using unique codes sent via text messages and/or emails at the time of delivery ("Delivery Acceptance Codes").

7.7 Please note that We do not levy any shipping fees or charges for delivery within India.
